CPI (M) UNDER TERROR ATTACK OF THE MEDIA: KOLKATA: Kunal Ghosh is yet to make a confession in court, but legal experts feel that there is no need for that as the Rajya Sabha MP has already recorded his statement with the enforcement directorate (ED). The statement recorded with ED can be admissible in court as evidence, say jurists.
